This bowl was hand-turned from Hackberry wood (also known as Sugarberry) that had been destined for the landfill. A neighbor had trimmed their tree and left the wood curbside for bulk trash pickup but I saw its potential and rescued the wood before it was lost.
Measuring 10 ¾ inches in diameter and 3 ½ inches tall, this bowl showcases the natural grain and character of Hackberry making it a beautiful centerpiece or functional art piece for your home.
